i'm not resolve... but instead... i install Qt SDK 5.0 version.

Just a quick guess (exit code 1612 in 1st picture means file not found):
change your region/locale to US-English and try to install Q again

Ok. One more thing (also a guess :-)
Make sure all your hard disks are NTFS, FAT32 disks are not good when using Windows XP and Qt.
