how can i create an icon in "unity menu bar" that when i click on it, it show me my arbitrary menu?

I think you can create it using "qsystemtrayicon":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtwidgets/qsystemtrayicon.html.

Yes it does. You also need to install sni-qt package.
