Responsive Design

Is there some way to have a responsive design (i.e., have the user interface "optimally" adapt to the screen of a desktop monitor, tablet or phone) like Bootstrap.js? If so, can someone point me to some examples, code snippets, etc?
Can Bootstrap.js and other JavaScript libraries/frameworks be used with Qt and deployed to multiple devices?

i'm not aware of such a library for Qt yet.

Hi, yes Qt offer better support for retina class screens and high DPI devices.
