Qt Creator: Linking core file to "run configuration"

When I use the "Load Core File" function in Qt creator, I normally have to browse the file system for an executable matching the core. Is there a way I can link the core to one of the run configurations instead - when I know its executable produced the core? This would be quicker and easier in many cases...
