    Hi All,
I am new to Qt Linguist. I have source code containing strings to be translated. I generated the .ts file using "lupdate <Path to my source> -ts qml_kn_IN.ts" command. When I opened up the .ts file in linguist, I got the list of strings to be translated as expected. But when I try to enter the equivalent translation by entering the unicode string (copied from Google Translate) and try to save it, the Qt Linguist doesn't respond at all. It hangs and I need to close it forcibly. Also the unicode string when copied and pasted into the text input of linguist appears like a series of boxes instead of meaningful text. I guess there is an encoding problem.

I am using Qt Linguist 5.1.0 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine.

My question is that how do I input unicode translations in Linguist? I don't know where am I doing the mistake. Please help me.
