Qt jambi eclipse integration

i am a java developer
often jdbc
but now want to develope a app with qt
and i dont want write in c++

qt jambi solve this problem
and i want use eclipse
i need eclipse integration and cant download from nokia.com or trolltech.com
this links in iran not work
