Qt 5.1.1 Mac OS X 10.8.5 ERROR: Could not resolve platform name for SDK 'macosx'

I have recently installed Qt 5.1.1 for mac from the online installer!! I cannot build any project and the "play" button is disabled.
When I hover the "play" button it says .pro file could not be parsed!!!!!!!
The output from the build process is the following....

Please help... I have installed the Command Line Tools from Xcode!!!!!
