Just installed, and Norton says that c:\qt\2010.04\qt\tools\activeqt\testcon\release\testcon.exe was infected:
testcon.exe (Suspicious.Emit)
This Heuristic Virus has been removed.

Anyone know what this is about? Valid? Paranoia?

I think it is just a paranoia of antivirus heuristic algorithm.
