Qt Developer Days in other countries..
-
Another idea is to organize community meetings, maybe if they will be big enough Nokia will provide some "goodies" (like some Trolls as speakers...)
Another good candidate for Dev Days i think should be Australia, i saw some people from there on Qt forums (and i don't think that many of them will fly to Munich or San Francisco), or why not have one Dev Days on each continent?
And one in Romania! (just kidding ;) )

+1 from me for the idea of community meetings! The challenge here is for local organizers to be found! ;)

Tobias Hunger: I ask you not to misunderstand the meaning of my words, I just understand the feelings of the colleagues that expressed here their desire to have an event near of them. Because when I was in Mexico I always wanted an event of this kind will take place there, but it never did. They're was always in a place in U.S. or Europe. However, for me is OK that this event will be, like almost always, in a place of U.S. and Europe. As we used to say in Mexico "If the mountain does not go to Muhammad, Muhammad go to the mountain". :-) -
Irazo: Sorry, I did misread your post:-(

Brazil! :-)
While it does not happen, the Brazilian KDE community continues organizing Qt community meetings, talks in several events and mini courses. If any Brazilian read it here and want to participate, don't hesitate to contact us in #kde-brasil @ freenode.
