Hello, I'm going to create some GUI library which will be available from C++ and QML. I was going to use GraphicsView as an engine for printing the content.
Is there any reason not to use it, if I don't really care about great performance?
Is GraphicsView deprecated for new code in Qt5? -
No, QGraphicsView is NOT deprecated.

Where did you hear about it's deprecation? I've never heard it even mentioned, and the documentation does not imply QGraohicsView is deprecated...
