    Dear All,

I'm pretty new to the QT Project I just recently installed the latest release, but I've heard so much about the Qt. Before starting to delve into subjects I'd like to know is there any high-level component kit in Qt for OpenGL. With high-level I mean intrinsically defined objects set e.g. torus, prisma, spiral, orbit camera, arc ball camera, various format support for *.obj, *.vrml etc.. loading.

    Regards,

      welcome to devnet

There a couple of "OpenGL based examples":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.1/qtopengl/examples-widgets-opengl.html available. Please check those out.

        You probably mean "Qt3D":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Introduction-to-Qt3D
which provides loading scenes and meshes from different file formats etc. You can get it from http://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qt3d
