Hi all,

Does anyone know if the recently released Qt 5.1 now finally comes with the Mac Extras? I don't see any of that mentioned anywhere.

Nope, only Qt X11 Extras matured enough to be released. Qt Mac Extras and Qt Windows Extras aren't release quality yet.
