Please Help, Can't Run Application From Qt SDK 1.2 - Qt creator 4.7 ?

I've tried search some discussions but they didn't work for me

I can't run the application after i build it, it s just simple default application

It said the program has unexpectedly finished

I've tried the following things but they didn't work

• Re install Qt SDK
• Uninstall previous mingw and install Qt SDK again
• Re build or clean the application
