Qt Creator 2.7 install error: exit code 536870920 . vcredist_x86.exe /norestart /q

Hi there!

I'm trying to install qt creator 2.7 (Qt 4.8.4 already installed) in my computer.

The install app is : qt-creator-windows-opensource-2.7.1.exe (from Qt Project download page).
My system: Win XP Pro. 2002. SP 3.

I get the following error at 50% of installation (pop up window)

"Error during installation process (org.qtproject.qtcreator.application):
Execution failed (Unexpected exit code: 536870920):
C:/Qt/qtcreator-2.7.1\lib\cvredist_msvc2010\vcredist_x86.exe /norestart /q"

Any help of clue will be very appreciated.
