How to send request by using HTTP Post, any simple example??

Hey i have searched alot on this topic but couldn't find any simple example.....
So, thats y m talking about example

in my eyes even the first result is a VERY simple example which has everything you should need. Actually it can't be much simplier. Except for the connection with the buttons in the GUI but if you can't follow that and check out what they are actually doing i think networking is too much for ya yet.
So then please enlighten me what is a "simple example" in your eyes?!

You do understand that Google results depend on a lot of preferences and the result that you see on the first place might be different from the result that we see, don't you? :)
