could anybody help me please,, i don't know QT and i need the code that draw a linear graph between 2 things. i have sin & cos graph code. can anybody help me to convert it to represent the relationship between the time and the disease severity

Welcome to the Qt-project forum and community. Your question is a bit to open to be answered directly. What do you really want? Maybe add a picture to show the outcome of you question. This is otherwise just guessing what you want and the answer will probably not be usable in your project.
The QPainter class should provide basic painting capabilities to draw on a widget what you want.
