Every now and then when I copy/paste text around or lookup functions (with F2), qtcreator crashes with a Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error in qtcreator-2.7.0. R6025 pure virtual function called.

    !http://i39.tinypic.com/53mg5e.jpg(Runtime error!)!

Is my installation wrong? Or my visual C runtime library?
It happens all to often, losing my changes, what can I do about this?

    I'm running on windows 8 64 bit, with the stand-alone qt-creator and Qt 5.0.1

Happens to me too seemingly spontaneously - just a little bit ago I rebooted then started QT Creator then tried to type in some text and BAM it happened. Thought it was my prog but I guess not considering I hadn't even debugged/run it yet.
Qt Creator 5.0.1 Win 7 64 bit been happening for months now

You can check on "JIRA":https://bugreports.qt-project.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa if the the bug is reported. If it is already reported, you can vote for the bug to increase its importance. Also, you have additional information which helps locating the reason for crash. If not reported, you report it.
Anyway, it is also a good idea to post a link to bug report here for others to vote or add information.

Vote the answer(s) that helped you to solve your issue(s)

Running 2.7.1 for some time now. No problems anymore.
