      Exist a mdi example in demos of Qt or http://doc.qt.digia.com/4.7/mainwindows-mdi.html with source code

          Well if you want use ui exactly in this way then "QUiLoader":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtuitools/quiloader.html can help you. But if your goal is create MDI app in easyest way then create Ui form class File->New...- > Qt -> QtDesigner form class
