How to add qch silently

I have generated a custom qch file and can add it manually but was wondering if there was a way to add it without going to Tools>Options>Add...? Is there a ways to either copy it into a certain directory and it just shows up or use the command line to register the custom help with the rest of the Qt Creator Help?
