Qt-creator / designer : arthur, qwt, kde and misc other widgets

In the leftmost column of my qt-creator / designer, I can choose among several widgets of miscellaneous origins.

I wanted to know if there are any specific constraints in implementing them into an opensource project.

I mean technical constraints on the target system (architecture / desktop environment / extra libraries or plugins )
I also mean legal constraints (copyrights / licences)
