Couple delegate problems

Hi,
I'm trying to do delegate with "complex" editor. Editor has three spinbox and one checkbox.
There are two different things what i have tried and i had different problems with them.- In createEditor i didn't give parent to form.
- Editor opens as popup but how do i set it to right position in to top off the cell?
- I gave parent in createEditor
- Editor is transparent. How do i draw form itself?
- How can i get tabulator work inside editor to jump from spinbox to another and not to close editor.
