[SOLVED]cannot run qt executable(pixeltool.exe) on another windows machine?

I copied Qt/5.0.0/msvc2010/bin/pixeltool.exe (and all dlls under this directory) to another windows computer
Next I double clicked pixeltool.exe, then nothing display.. no "dll missing" dialog. And there's no output even if I run pixeltool.exe in command line

But it can be opend on my computer (I only installed qt 5.0 for windows from "here":http://releases.qt-project.org/qt5/5.0.0/qt-windows-opensource-5.0.0-msvc2010_32-x86-offline.exe)

What should I do to let the qt executable run on other windows machine without installing qt 5.0?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
