You can't use the Qt libraries built for MSVC with MinGW (and vice versa).

So you either install the MSVC compiler (by either installing VisualStudio, the Express edition is fine, or the Windows SDK) or you rebuild Qt from source with MinGW or you wait for the Qt 5.0.1 release which includes official MinGW libraries.

could you tell me where to download it.
I could use to create applications for Nokia devices.

        thank you very much

If you want to work with Nokia devices, then you should get the Nokia Qt SDK.

Grabbing some normal Qt 5 (or any Qt 4 version) will not enable you to work for those, as you need sysroot images and compilers matching the device architecture. You also need the Qt version available on the device (which is not necessarily the most recent version).

PS: Latest Qt Creator version is 2.6.1 (which is the one shipped with Qt 5).
