I tried to create a standard QtCreator-extension project. When I try to load the plugin I get the error message: "Plugin verification data mismatch in '/home/.../qtcreator/plugins/MyCompany/libMyPlugin.so'". Qt 5.0.0, QtCreator 2.6.1, GCC 4.6.3. How to fix it?

In case QtCreator 2.5.2 and Qt 4.8.1 everything works. I think the problem described above must be considered as a bug report - https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTCREATORBUG-8500

Which Qt version did you use to build your plugin project? Does it match the one your Creator uses? Check Help>About Qt Creator for the Qt version used there.
