Unsure on status of bug fix for Creator

I don't know how to interpret the comments. Should this be fixed in the version of Creator available on the downloads page? (For my 10.6 system, the problem persists.) If not, what version is the final poster referring to, and where can I get it?

Yeah, it would seem that QtC 2.6.1 should have this fix included.

Well...is there a newer RC I can try? I'm a little stuck here.

Qt 5.0 is released now. Qt Creator 2.6.1 is released, too. A hotfix update is planned soon, if that is not enough. Also, there is the possibility of compiling Qt Creator from source.

http://qt-project.org/downloads -- You can get either the full Qt 5.0.0 package (which includes Qt Creator 2.6.1), or just Qt Creator 2.6.1 by itself

I'm sorry that I wasn't clear. I am running 2.6.1, and 5.0, and I still have the problem.

EDIT:

Just as other data points, in case this helps anyone, my copy of Creator also gives an error message on startup, stating that it cannot load the Help plugin. Also, the up/down arrow keys don't seem to work in the editor.
