I notice that there is a ReadMe.txt file in the archive that describes how to build it. Try to follow it first.
It seems that the source is a couple of years old, so you may have to install an older version of Qt.Are you on a Linux box?

OK. It says in the readme that it requires Linux 2.6, so you're probably going to have to get access to a Linux computer to use the program.
