There is a graphicEffect called blur. However, it's quite slow and can only be used for a QWidget.
And Qt does have a exported function called
extern void qt_blurImage(QImage &blurImage, qreal radius, bool quality, int transposed = 0);
So, will Qt document this function or won't forever?
