Qt Creator unexpectedly opens "My Documents" on "Show in Explorer"

If one creates a project in a folder which path contains spaces, when you click a file in the Qt Creator's project explorer with the right mouse button and select "Show in Explorer" Qt Creator will always open the "My Documents" folder of the currently logged on user:
