[SOLVED] First time developing an application also for Windows, 2 questions..

In a dialog (not main window) i see this:

1st how to remove the question mark? i quess it is for "what's this" but i don't have any "what's this" in any of my widgets
2nd my dialog is resizable.. why can't i see maximize/minimize buttons?

Window flags are the key.
