Wonder whether Digia would support Necessitas. If they do, we would get an official Qt for Android soon.

They have not acquired Qt yet. Have some patience :)

Similar question was posted on Necessitas ML recently, to which Bogdan responded that he was not contacted by Digia yet. In Qt dev ML, Digians have stated, that it's too early to say, the deal has to be finalised + there is a lot of other things they need to prepare (all the legal stuff, etc.).

Digia said it would ' quickly ' enable Qt on Android and ios. I thought they may work with the exist ios and Android ports, from Ian and Bogdan. No information on the ios port. There site shows 20% completion for a long time. This may be still in consideration, once they fully acquire Qt from Nokia.

"Quickly" can be a fairly relative term, especially considering what we'd like to expect as "quickly" includes the actual acquisitions of the framework, which will likely take some time itself. I wouldn't hold my breath literally :)
I wouldn't be surprised if Digia decides to do a port of Qt5 instead (which would mean wait for Qt5 to be finalized too). Necessitas is using Qt4, which is not a bad thing on its own, but it might also be using the old platform infrastructure instead of QPA/Lighthouse.

Not quite. The deal should now be officially finished. Actually making it all work - as I imagine - might take some more time. This is not easy stuff. 100+ people need to have their paperwork updated, trademarks have to be transferred, new management structure built, new targets set... but maybe my imagination is too vibrant here. There is a possibility it will be finished quickly and easily. We just don't know, that's my point :)
