Has anyone tried "Kopi Luwak or civet coffee":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kopi_Luwak [via The Bucket List], I haven't :)

We have an "AeroPress":http://aerobie.com/products/aeropress.htm here at work. Combined with roasted beans from "Square Mile Coffee Roasters":http://shop.squaremilecoffee.com/ or "Tim Wendelboe":http://timwendelboe.no/ makes the perfect coffee! #coffeegeek
Now I am tempted to drop by and bring a mug...

i like coffee at work place but alas! it is in morning only. :( ...........
-
tamhanna, coffee is not only caffeine. It is ritual :)
-
Gerolf, I'm with you hehe. I also prefer tea :)
tamhanna, it is individual. Tea helps me being awake more than coffee.
-
Gerolf, smoking helps me too. Sometimes Cola.
-
Gerolf, also sometimes physical exercises help me, but only if I'm not too tired before them :)
-
Gerolf, good advice, but not for such warm-lovers as I am :)
-
tamhanna, I think you've meant 2000 kcal :). Also AFAIK 2000kcal is not enough for man's body, it is ok for women. Man who does strong physical work needs around 3000 and man with mind work needs around 2500

No way, man who does mind work needs more than man who does physical work. Our brains need a power plant to function! ;) That's why all those nerds are skinny even though they sit down all day and eat junk food.

xsacha, mind work of course needs a lot of energy, but physical work needs a lot of more energy.
