Not yet. That does not mean there won't be any.

No decision has been made so far. I've asked some of the Trolls at the contributors' summit, but nobody does know anything about that - unfortunately.

Note that you are right: last year at this time, dates and venue were already known. I can image with the current Nokia situation, things like these stay in flux a bit longer.

I've missed QtDD'11 and I had hoped that it will be QtDD'12 but now with Microsoft, NOKIA...

I've hard to see that there will be a QtDD held by Nokia. They're currently teminating Nokia Developer Champion membership for those of us that are only interested in Qt-development.
