Signing Certificate And Key In Symbian

Hi All,
I am new on Qt development .I am trying two access the call logs, phonebook and messages of device in my application. For this purpose i have to set the Symbian.Capability to read and write device data. But in a self signed application we cannot achieve these capabilities. I heard that we can get signing key and certificate for a specific device with its IMEI number. Can anyone tell how i can achieve these certification keys. Thanks in advance.

If you plan to publish the app to Nokia Store and you have a Nokia Publisher account, you can send a email to developer.support@nokia.com with your phone IMEI and Nokia Publisher account username.
