Control QMenu/QAction icon location

By default, QMenu and QAction display an item's icon to the left of the text. Is there a way to display the icon to the right of the text? I've tried various style sheet settings, but no luck so far. Any suggestions?

I haven't tried, but what happens if you set the alignment of the text to Right?

Good idea, unfortunately it didn't work.

It seems crazy that this isn't customizable, but I'm thinking I might just have to use QWidgetAction and lay things out myself.
