    Hello,

    • i am trying to use Qt and creator with the new xcode, and i still have problems.

    • the installation is ok, the qmake is now located in /usr/bin.

    but when i tried to add the Qt version in the tool/configure/preference build and run:
    i did not manage to add qmake.

    I am new to mac.... any help will be welcome

      Which version of Xcode, Qt Creator and Qt are you using? Where did you get the Qt stuff from? I unfortunately do not know much about macs, but I am pretty sure people will want to know that:-)

      What happens when you try to add that qmake? Creator displays what it does not like close to the bottom of the Qt version details.

        hello,

        i am using xcode 4.3, and i have downloaded the latest release Qt4.8, and latest stable Qt creator.
        the installation set without any problem.

        when i try to add qmake, the shortcut stay in grey ( let say in .5 of opacity), without letting the possibility of being selected , so i can not add it.

          Do you see anything listed in Tool Chains tab in the same Build & Run preferences? Did you install the command line tools?
