Why is my post flagged as spam?

I've written a post with a question I wanted to ask about QInputDialog. When I click Submit, I get an error popup saying I don't have enough privileges to do that. I tried again, which changed the message to say my post has been flagged as spam by aksimet.something or something along those lines.
How am I supposed to ask a question then? My post has a few code snippets, but no pictures, etc. Do I first need to answer a certain amount of questions before I'm allowed to post? What is going on here?
EDIT: since this post was successfully posted, I assume it's not an engagement metric I need to hit, but rather something specific to my post. Beats me what it can be though...
