how can I change my Login Email Adress?

You have to go to your Qt account page to do that.

I tried to find this option, but I couldn't.

The forum login is controlled via a qt.io account. I'm guessing that that is where the change needs to be made, rather than in the forum profile.

Click the profile icon at the top of https://www.qt.io between the search magnifying glass and language selection globe.
Select My Profile
Change email
Enter a new email address and confirm with the account password

I haven't verified that this actually works.
