Linguist does not appear on the Menu Bar

I tried to move my project file from laptop to PC, but when I want to update Linguist the menu is not there at all only Qt Quick and Text on the External menu.
I use Qt Creator Version:
Qt Creator 15.0.0

@Blackzero Since it wasn't there even though I restarted Qt Creator, I finally added it myself, I thought it was a bug in Qt Creator.
