QT Installer Only Showing QT Insights in "Select Components"

I'm trying to install QT for the first time and downloaded the online installer from: https://www.qt.io/download-qt-installer-oss
I had to use the --mirror option because the default server (a tencent server) returned a Forbidden error. I am in Thailand and this is on Win64. I've tried a couple of mirrors including:
https://mirrors.sau.edu.cn/qt/online
https://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/qtproject/onlineAll are only showing the Insight Tracker stuff. Any ideas? Here's a screen cap of the installer:

This seems to have been fixed by changing my mirror to "http://qt.mirror.constant.com" as per a stack exchange post.
