You can get it (https://download.qt.io/development_releases/prebuilt/libclang/) or compile by yourself the LLVM (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/releases/tag/llvmorg-19.1.6, https://releases.llvm.org/) and provide to LLVM_INSTALL_DIR environment variable.
