Qt design studio doesn't update changes in custom component

Here is the story , i created one custom component
but when i dragged that component into a qml file , it didn't apply my changes
i already ctrl +s many times , change computer , but it still don't apply changes.
If anybody can help me with this , i will appreciate . Thanks for reading

which one is correct, the complete blue or the one with the red number? Can you share you proejct?
