Issues Accessing Desktop OS with IP Address 192.168.0.1

I’m having trouble in accessing with my desktop operating system using the IP address 192.168.0.1. I’m trying to connect remotely to manage settings and files, but I keep encountering connection errors. I’ve checked that the IP address is correct and the desktop is powered on, but I’m still unable to establish a connection. Need to solve this issue .anyone give me advice . -
