Qt Installer Keeps Stop Working at the Installing Step

I have been trying to download qt for desktop development for several times but I have no idea how it keeps stop working when I hit install
It just stop at this window for a few sec then it stops working completely. -

Please start the maintenance tool from the command line, and post the output.
Looks like you have to select another mirror.
Check the documentation of the maintenance tool in the internet and find command line options.
