Apple open source plugin files for mysql

I am having issues trying to build mysql on open source qt on my apple. The documentation says it should be included with my installation, but I cannot find them.
Does anyone know where i can get them?

What is included where?
The Qt sources files for the Qt Sql plugin are in the sources - so as long as you don't download/install the Qt sources you won't see them. -
