Broken Android Kits on MacOS 14

I was using for a long time Qt Creator 4.11 with Qt 5.13 with no issues. This weekend the development setup is broken. After loading the project, I got the error message:

Project ERROR: failed to parse default search paths from compiler output

I can't create Kits for Android any more

I updated Qr Creator to 12.0.2 and the Qr Version to 5.14. But Android Settings are failing

Any idea, how I can continue to work?

I'm using a MacBook Pro with M2 Chipset and macOS 14.3
