QAudioOutput real time delay problem

Hi everyone,
i used QAudioOutput write method for producing real time audio. My sample rate is 40000, so in every second i write 80000 bytes to my audio buffer. I set buffer size to a big number (1.6M) before audio->start. However, when i start my app and listen the test sound, after some time there is a delay in my expected sound. I dont understand why this delay happen.
