    Just now I suddenly faced this issue like saying,
    "The process failed to start. Either the invoked program " Qt\build\file.exe" is missing, or you may have insufficient permissions to invoke the program."

    So I saw my .exe file in the build->debug folder and its size was 0 bytes, which shouldn't be as I already built the file and ran it several times.

    Then I just deleted the .exe file and Ran (built) the project again, this solved my issue and my program continued smoothly.

      @Yaswantha-Rao Anybody's guess, just maybe an antivirus issue.

          @epoli OP answered: file was 0 size and delete/rebuild solved it, what else to say?
