Hi guys, i have a problem on qt and its really annoying because the terminal doesn't open in a new window so i can't really see what it gives.

The output is displayed in the Terminal pane.

In the Terminal settings you can configure not to have this functionality.

See https://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/creator-reference-terminal-view.html#terminal-preferences and uncheck the Use internal terminal check box.
