Open Source Online Installer qt-unified-windows-x64-4.6.1-online.exe encounters network error

I want to install qt 6.5.2 on windows 10 for visual studio 2019. Open Source Online Installer qt-unified-windows-x64-4.6.1-online.exe encounters network error and gives message "Network error while downloading". Have faced this multiple times. How to resolve this issue? If I use other mirrors then only component seen is Qt Insight Tracker. Components like qt, webassembly and other components are not listed. How to resolve this issue?
