I'm living in Syria and as you know all the internet connection here is supervised by governmental proxies.
I think you found the cause.
There was "similar topic on devnet ":http://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/13191/P15
for someone from Iran. -
The reason could be in your country and also outside. Can you downlad qt source?
Yes I can download it.
If it is for reporting a bug, you could post it here and someone will enter into jira.
Thank but as you know JIRA is more flexible because I can follow my reports in addition to I can add screenshots and attachments too while here can't (a forum without attachments wow!) -
Yes, here you need to use another server to put your attachments. This might be another challenge if there is some gouvermental blocking engaged.
BTW The Iranian post was about blocking the download of the SW. Which is result of an embargo. So this time it might be in your country.

For fixing this issue I tried to use a German proxy but JIRA still gives same error messages so I made another trial and created a new account.... surprising ?! I successfully created a new one!! that's mean my account has a problem.
Do you know anyone ( ex. moderator ) has the right privileges to access my account to see what's going on?
PS
JIRA successfully sent to me resetting messages with valid resetting links. -
I just checked with the admin. He reset your failed login counter which he claims "usually helps".
Let me know if it still fails.
